Beautiful Leliel, Angel of Night
you've been away too long

I started this November 21, 2006. That's 3 years, 9 months, 1 day or 1,370 days in total. This is also the first new addition to my Angelarium series since I first posted Raziel in May '06.

This is easily the longest it has ever taken me to finish a painting. It went through 11 major iterations to get here and has almost no resemblance to the original WIP. I hope you all enjoy it :)

This painting is dedicated to my wife, who I promised 4 years ago that I would give her a copy of this once it was finished.

Pretty cool. Though I only know the Leliel in Evangelion. Wonder if the two connect besides names.
